Originally from the Northwest, Jessica now has called North Texas home for 16 years, currently residing in beautiful Lake Kiowa area. Coming from a family with deep agricultural roots in equine, dairy and berry farming, Jessica grew up with a strong appreciation for agriculture, livestock, and the rural lifestyle.

From an early age, Jessica was actively involved in Jr Rodeo, 4-H and FFA, where a love for cattle and horses began to shape the path ahead. That passion continued through high school and college, where Jessica ultimately pursued rodeo, competing primarily in barrel racing and team roping.

After moving to Texas to pursue a professional barrel racing career, Jessica found another opportunity within the equine industry and began selling and brokering high end rodeo horses throughout Texas. Over the past 13 years, this career has provided invaluable experience in sales, negotiation, relationship building, and understanding the unique needs of buyers and sellers within the equine and rodeo communities.

Today, Jessica is bringing that experience and passion for the Western lifestyle into farm and ranch real estate. After years of helping people find the right horses, Jessica is excited to help clients find the right piece of land to complement their lifestyle, whether that means a working ranch, horse property, recreational acreage, or a place to call home.

With a genuine understanding of horses, livestock, agriculture, and the rural lifestyle, Jessica brings a personal perspective to every transaction. The relationships built over more than a decade in the North Texas equine and rodeo community provide a strong foundation for helping buyers and sellers navigate the farm and ranch market with confidence.

When not working with clients, Jessica enjoys spending time with horses and continuing to barrel race. After years of making a career out of selling horses, the goal now is simple: enjoy the horses, stay connected to the Western lifestyle, and help others find their own piece of it through farm and ranch real estate.
